Click on the “Portal” link, log in to your student account, go to the “Student Finance” tab.  Go to the “Billing Statement” block and click on “E-Bill” to view recent statements and make online payments.

Trinidad State College has launched e-Billing, you will receive a statement by e-mail on the first business day of every month.  The statement notification is e-mailed to your student e-mail address and you may authorize access for another user to view your statements and receive notification e-mails.

* Please be aware that the online and electronic billing may not reflect all of the available funding on your account, Financial Aid and Scholarships typically show up on accounts after census date.

Currently, paper statements are sent out twice a semester, however, in our efforts to go paperless please look at your E-Bill often.  If you do not plan on utilizing your Trinidad State email address regularly, Please set it up to forward to your primary email account.  You can do so by logging into the student portal, opening your “Student Email”, click on settings   , go to “Mail” under “My App Settings”, on the far left vertical menu click on “Forwarding” under the “Accounts” section, select “Start Forwarding” and add the email address you like emails to be forwarded to.
